Why it matters

We're living in fast-paced, uncertain times.

Stress, anxiety, and burnout have quietly become part of modern work-life. Deadlines stack up, the mind rarely settles, and most people end the day more depleted than they realise.

And underneath it all, there's a quiet longing to feel more focused, more calm, more energised. To show up to work, and to life, with a little more clarity and a little less reactivity. Most people sense that yoga could help them get there.

The breaks we already take

Now consider this: through the workday, we already take one of these breaks. A coffee. A quick chat. Stepping out for some air. A scroll through the phone. These have found their place naturally in how we work, small pauses that help us reset momentarily and continue.

What if there was a 5-minute Yogic Break that could sit alongside these? One that actually addresses the problem at the root!

The offer

That's exactly what Yogic Break offers.

No mat, no gym clothes, no disruption to the workday.

  • A natural buffer against stress and burnout
  • For the organisation

This grows: a team that can steady itself, stay present, and bring their best to the work.

Your choice

Custom

Fitted to what your team needs and where you are.

In person is best. Online works too, with 10 of the practices.

Workshops also have reflection activities from Aaptha Mithra, the same kind used in Asato mā sadgamaya (असतो मा सद्गमय, “lead me from the unreal to the real”), a six-day course at Chanakya University, Bengaluru.

Where the practices come from

These aren't trendy fitness routines. They're Classical Hatha Yoga practices structured by Sadhguru: Upa Yoga practices, pranayama (breathing practices) and meditations. There are 15+ practices to choose from, each just 5 minutes, and 10+ meditations on top of these. Tested over centuries, designed for modern life.

Government of India · Ministry of Ayush · 2021

In 2021, the Government of India's Ministry of Ayush recognised this same need with Y-Break, a 5-minute yoga break for people at work.

The practices exist, the need is real. What's missing is bringing them into your team's actual daily rhythm.
